Apple (AAPL) is suing Samsung Electronics in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, alleging the product design, user interface and packaging of the Galaxy line of smartphones and tablet computers copy Apple's iPhone and iPad. Apple is seeking an order barring Samsung from infringing on its patents and unspecified damages.
